About Ronaris
Ronaris is an independent men’s lifestyle magazine. We write about the things men actually buy, wear, drive, drink and do, and we build tools that give a straight answer instead of a mood board.
Why Ronaris
Most men’s media is either a catalogue with adjectives or a list of things you are doing wrong. Ronaris is neither. We start from a simple idea: a man with a good suit, a good watch, a good pan and a good routine is better equipped for life than a man with fifty mediocre versions of each. We explain what makes the good version good, what it costs and how to tell it apart from the expensive version.
How we choose
Every subject on Ronaris passes three tests. It has to matter for more than one season. It has to be explainable in plain language without a glossary. And it has to be within reach of a man with a decent salary and some patience, which is why you will find a Tudor next to a Patek and an Alpine next to a Porsche. We name prices because prices are information.
No paid placements
Brands cannot buy a mention, a ranking or a place in a tool. When we recommend a watch, a car or a bottle, it is because we would buy it. Where we work with a maker on a story, the page says so. There is no affiliate tracking on this site and no advertising network. If that changes, this page will change first.
The tools
The Watch Finder, Wrist Fit, Tailoring Guide, Whisky Compass, Home Bar, Drive Match, Grooming Routine, Training Week, Packing List, the Quiz and the Ronaris 50 checklist run entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent to us. Results are yours to share as a link or as a picture, or to keep to yourself.
Pictures
The photographs on Ronaris were produced for this magazine. They illustrate subjects and moods; they do not show specific products, people or places unless the text says so.
